Every year at Holy Trinity we baptise people of all ages from babies to adults and we therefore very much welcome enquiries.  The majority of our baptisms are celebrated within the main 10am service usually a family service on the first Sunday of the month.  Adults who are baptised do so on the understanding that they are confirmed by the local bishop on his or her next visit to the area. Children over the age of seven are also admitted to First Communion in the same service.

Please contact the benefice office on 01548 842626 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for more information and an enquiry form.  We will then book you into to meet with one of the clergy.

Congratulations on your engagement and forthcoming marriage. Holy Trinity Church and the other churches in the benefice have many requests for wedding services and we aim to try our best to work with couples to help them in their preparations. If you wish to start the enquiry process then please download our WORD application form and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. it back to us. The benefice office will then make an arrangement for you as a couple to see one of the clergy. Please note that the we cannot give the final go-ahead for wedding until BOTH of you have been seen by a priest. Before then we can indicate whether or not a date is free but this is in no way guaranteed.

For a selection of readings and advice putting together a service please go to www.yourchurchwedding.org which also has useful FAQ on marriage in an Anglican church.

In the normal run of things you will have three meetings your designated priest excluding a rehearsal.  During these meetings there will be the opportunity to explore the wedding service and talk generally about marriage. We also strongly advise you to attend as a couple one of our afternoon marriage preparation courses, the Benefice Office can let you know the next available date.  If there are special circumstances, like for example one or both of you are divorced, then we will need extra time to explore this with you. The clergy in this benefice have conducted services for divorcees but make a judgment on each case individually.

We look forward to hearing from you!
